Born in the melting pot of Los Angeles, California; From This World claims a new genre, New Classic Rock, to describe their unique sound. Influenced by the authors of jazz to classical to alternative music, the feel of From This World’s musical debut is ethereal, yet grounded and gritty. From This World originated from emotions and experiences moving through this complicated and beautiful life. Their first album, entitled “Variations on a Dream,” is a manifestation of “moods or places I was stuck in.” Says the bands frontman, singer and songwriter. Their intention is to find your heart and release your emotion, whatever culture or demographic you originate from. “We feel when we play it.
